Vibe site reputation

I notice that my site reputation is 0 (obscure) but the likes of rafa has 3000 (world class) how do i get this up?

Moved this to "The Boardroom" as it has nothing to do with FMH.

Reputation is the amount of times people click the + below your post. In Rafa's case he has 334 with a single person only allowed to click + once on each post. This is generally to say thank you to a person for posting something good or helpful to recognise their hard work.

No, reputation is to reward posts that are helpful and/or a good read. Not funny posts!

I remember Jay sugguesting a like and rep option which would be cool IMO.

I recall that and I think my view has stayed the same - it would be too confusing and I don't see the point as it would only be funny posts and to be honest humour isn't exactly worth rewarding like helpful posts or good reads.
