2012 Players feels he has been unfairly treated

Hi everyone, if my player feels unfairly treated, what do I do?

Play him more or do what he wants as long as it is reasonable. If he ants to be sold then play him and offer him a new contract.

er... it just says, "feels that he is unfairly treated"

probably because i criticized him when he was overconfident, for the other player it was because he was playing badly.

Sorry this is a long time after the original post, but...I demoted Tah to the Barcelona B team because he was refusing to sign a new contract with the clock ticking.  He then got one of FMH14's charming injuries - a fractured skull - so I didn't sell him. He then accepted a new contract. Once he'd started playing and his stats were back up, I saw the "treated unfairly" tag.  I promoted him, upped his contract generously, played him in a couple of end of season games (he's still only 21) and he got straight eights, but still feels he's treated unfairly.  I've had him in other saves, and he's a good player who delivers good consistency from his mid twenties on.  Not sure what to do about him now....
