This technique is known to improve all players however it can tire players out in which you will need an indepth squad to counter this.

Also, some players may not like this in which case you put them on all but the most unneeded attribute (e.g. Defending for Attackers).

It was used throughout 09 to grow youngsters and improve others and yet again for 10 it has the same popular effects which made it the best.

i have several questions about this one: if a player has a determined PA, he will never get better than that right?? i´ve read on other FM related sites that the CA and PA are used only for the essencial stats; like finishing for strikers; marking for defenders etc etc...and the other less important stats continue to develop to the top, do you know if this is true???

a few other questions... do you know how the stats of the player grow?? i mean how many games does the player need, to have a visible development of his stats? and if the player doesn´t play at all?? will he develop? how does it work with "middle age" players (24 to 28 year old) or more experient ones, does it have any kind of proportion for their develop? do they decrease physical stats and increase on the mental ones? balancing within the limited PA?

He might be playing FMH10.

It depends on what you put on intensive. If you put him to attacking intensive his attacking stats will improve more, defensive for defensive stats etc. It normally doesn't take that long, a month at max for it to kick in and make a noticable difference.
