2012 I keep losing matches with top club

I'm managing Bayern Munich and I have Cavanni, Gomez and Reuz in my attack, yet I can't beat any team. My midfield I have Martinez, Ozil, Gustavo, Ribery and Robben. And the my defence: Lahm, Vermaelen, Alaba and Hummels. Please help!!!

Ribery: Winger

Martinez: Deep Laying Midfielder

Ozil: Advanced Playmaker

Robben: Winger

Cavanni: Poacher

Gomez: Poacher

My team plays short passes, and balanced in attack and defense. I have men behind ball, pressing and counter attacks, but no offside trap. I use Reus as an impact player.. I also have Shaqiri, Sven Bender, Pizzaro, Van Buyten, Coentento and Starke on the bench.

Ok so the season is done, and thanks to Ashez I won all Cups up for grabs. Here's how my team did in that season (used the 4-4-2 formation created by Ashez)

Cavanni: Played 37 scored 49 assists 13

Gomez: Played 49 scored 41 assists 11

Shaqiri: Played 53 scored 15 assists 19

This formation rocked.. Soon I'll post my own customized formation!! Enjoy.
