Vibe Assistant Manager

Obviously it says Manager next to Dec's profile and the next down is Coach. But I was thinking, could a Coach be promoted to Assistant Manager (considering there isn't one). Is there any chance of this in the future?

Quite simply - no. We don't really want to rename the groups. A coach to an assistant manager would give them no benefit or extra duties and would be a simple name change. A coach was picked as it implies several can be in the position where as the assistant manager to manager relationship is normally one to one. Thanks for the suggestion though.
