2015 I have two questions

First, can you make you reserve team an actual team? Second, how do you become a big club, because a lot of players I see want to leave my club for a bigger club?.

No you can't, unless you manage a team with a B team.

Just win things.

I would let them leave as you don't really need big players to make the best team.

At the end of the day the team with the best togetherness and chemistry will suffice.

You can make a reserve team if there was a save editor, I made one last year and put them in the SKRILL division. Btw Dec, will there be a save editor this year?

I think he means the players play actual games in the reserves, in which case no it isn't as the reserve leagues aren't in the game. You can put them in the Conference but that isn't realistic.
