2015 Who should I pick as the team captain?

Hi guys. I have been playing fmh for a few years and always wondered about the team captains' roll and the qualifications of them. Here are some questions regarding the captain.

1. How does the captains affects the game?

2. Should I pick a player with high leadership points or a key player who has lower leadership points but can highly affects the games?

3. Can young players be good captains?

1. Captains lead the team, they can make your players play better. Experienced leaders can help prevent your team from getting complacent and may raise them when needed.
2. You want your captain to play every week for consistency so a key player with high leadership.
3. Depends how young, normally experience counts for a lot. If they have been playing in the league regularly for a couple of years then yes.

My criteria when selecting a captain is:

• Age 25+
• Central player (DC, MC)
• Had at least 5 years experience in that league/country
