Will Liverpool will be a good side for 2016:

While Liverpool have some great players and additions such as Roberto Firmino and Nathianiel Clyne cement this the team is far off of Champions quality. They lack the quality in numbers and though Emre Can, Jordon Ibe, Lazar Markovic and Divock Origi all have high potential to be great there needs to be an uplift in the squad to make them anywhere near their rich history says they should be. The good news is though the team have an English spine throughout the team and could really build something. This should mean Liverpool will be a team to try and make into a medium to long term project. With a decent budget to help with this cause; though it is not in competition with their rivals', in which should give it a tasty enough bite to make it fun enough to keep the challenge entertaining.

A bit of both really. I think he will be downgraded quite a bit and injury prone on the game.  Can on the other hand will be a great upgrade and should play consistently.
