Budget is everything (apart from tactics, obviously). It determines which players you can sign and therefore most of your team's success. But which clubs start with the highest budget. Without swapping anything around we have listed the top budgets and their wage budget left.

Real has best combo low debt, highest paid player, and are rated as #2 most valuable sports club in the world behind NFL Cowboys. 

Man U will be interesting to watch the next couple of years with no Europe this year, Brexit and huge tv deal BPL has all coming together no idea if they will stay put, rise or fall could see them go either way ...
