Help how do i release a player who is..

a vital member of the squad? I don't want to use editor to mess up my game so... Is there any other way to release this player? Thank you

Maybe you could by buying another player more vital than this one ? ^^
Who's your player ? Why releasing him if he's vital ?

I'm guessing he's misbehaving..? Just place him in the reserves and offer him to other clubs for £0 in the next transfer window. You could just send him on loan then let his contract expire (if it is due to expire at the end of the season). He may even have changed his mind once the loan finishes. Either way put him in the reserves and other players will just forget about him.
