Series i can't buy a game!

Anyone please help,when i click to buy a game on playstore and all other paid games nothing happens.Only blank window with my mail appear and that's it.When I go to settings to add payment method and click on it nothing happens too.I've try 3 different mobiles,3 different gmail accounts but it's the same,so has someone had this problem?

Finally I have managed to add a card via google wallet and buy it! you can delete topic
