Help Arranging friendlies and viewing my player's attributes

Hello all,

Recently got back into Football Manager and loving the mobile version. I have a couple of simple questions:

1. Is it possible to arrange more friendlies? I've started with only two friendly matches scheduled.
2. Is there a way to search my player's attributes, or at least view them on mass? E.g. find out who has the highest tackling ability in the reserve team.

You cannot arrange friendlies on the game nor view player attributes in bulk though I would love this option back - @Alari
