Hi guys, so i'm just starting to manage sheffield. And i'm aiming to gold badge with lower league club, if possible. But i'm stuck at tactic. Need help, please. Also, if can. With what player should use for fisrt team

I would recommend a 4-2-2-2 setup with the roles 

         P           TM

IF                              W

         BWM    AP

        

WB    CD    CD   WB/FB

                G

Mentality - attacking

Passing - short

Focus - mixed

Keeper - mixed

Tackling - committed/normal

Also I recommend the target man Ciaran Kilduff from dundalk and CD Peter Hartley from Plymouth.

@kts365 yeah i agree with CD. Sheff United need good defender. How about if i use McNulty or Billy Sharp? Is that not good enough?

They are pretty good to use yeah but with the wing play in this setup (particularly if you decide on 2 wing backs) then having a striker with over 15 in aerial next to one of those two guys employed as a poacher instead could work very well because of both having heading ability. My suggestions of players were also based on price. You can pick them both up for less than 300k.
