Some improvements:

• Move Renato Sanches into the CM position
• A Poacher might work better than a Target Man
• Make the Wing Backs into Full Backs
• Change Goalkeeper Distribution to Mixed
• Change Tackling to Normal

Agreed. Also change your mentality to Attacking as Direct passing works well with attacking.

Try Attacking mentality, mixed passing style, mixed GK distribution, push 1 of the DMs to a CM and always play each player's natural role (eg. De Gea is a natural sweeper keeper not a goalkeeper)
