Help Download Error

I recently had to factory reset my phone which meant I had to start the game from scratch. Problem is that whenever I try to download player pack/basic data, I keep on getting Download Error. (I purchased the game and tried several different Internet's eg mobile data/WiFi)

If the game is from a legitimate source, your best bet is probably to first of all: go on the SI forums and see if anyone else has experienced the same, and if that is unsuccessful, email the SI bugs team.

I've managed to solve this by changing the games Storage Permission on Android 6.0. Thanks for the suggestion though.
