How to get positioning attributes goalkeeper did not quickly come down and how to raise the positioning attributes?

I think the only way to improve positioning would be with defensive training as I'm not sure if it's under goalkeeper training. For example heading is seen as a defensive stat and isn't improved by attacking training, or it wasn't the last time I looked into it which was a while ago to be fair.

Yes you're right you can do it only through defensive training
