So I started with Wisla Plock and I think Im going to be struggling little bit more. First season I win the title and easy qualified to champions league beating Dila (Georgia), Dacia(Romania) and Dinamo Zagreb. In the group I get Zenit, OM and Real Madrid. Both games with Zenit win by mile ?, lost and draw with Real ?, and both games with OM lost. Get to Europe league and win with Ludogorets and finally lost with O Lyon. 

In Polish league another champion without problems. 

I dont spen much just bring old ? players to the club for free. 

I bought one player Francis... superb striker.

How on earth does it make sense to have Transfer Acumen rated 16, when you have bought 3,3M and sold 325K ?

Small bug perhaps?

I'm managing in the Polish league too. The free players I bring in seems to be enough to run riot in the league and cup. Also made it to the quarters in Europa League (through some lucky drawing of opponents, Southampton not being able to win a single game in the group and a lot of parking the bus). I'm against a Romanian team in the quarters too, Maybe I might reach semi-final.

For me this time it's luck, I'm usually not this lucky. I'm also not sure if FMM 17 underrates the polish league players a lot, because freebies from lower league teams and rejects from decent clubs seem to be enough so far.

Perhaps he buy players who are playing very well later

I think that the sale of players does not affect the "Transfer Acumen" but maybe i was wrong? Any one knows the answer?

Transfer acumen is because I bring for the past 2 years around 20-25 players. I bring old players without club for free.I bring young players without club for free and try sell them in next transfer window and get some profit.

I was hoping for Poland national team to manage but I apply for Columbia and get the job. 

Im notice that my team play much better away and with much better rating team.

I am managing Wilsa Krakow and I am struggling. Tried a similar formation to you but had to change to a 3-2-2-3  now I am performin better.

I sell all the senior players at Everton and just keep the twelve or thirteen youth products at the club. Then I make no signings and wait for regens to get promoted to the first team. It makes it a decent challenge!

The aging free transfer players are indeed a bit supercharged, but if you like playing with them, try playing as a mid-strength team in a top league. You can have a golden oldies squad and there will be plenty of competition for the title.

In my first eleven  have 6 players from 22 to 30 and 4 players from 30 to 32 and one 33 of age. I bought Bastian and he play 3 games 63 min total. The old players are good for cover but not to playing them full time because.... They old lol.

Im going to try what you suggesting and post some results.

I started with Middlesbrough, demote all players and put them on transfer list, keep only up to 20 years of age haha...

Everywhere and everytime. In FMM16 also working and i can't remember how about FMH15

I've never tested it, maybe because I prefer using my own tactics
