Help Player Interactions in FMM17

Has anyone had any luck with player interactions? The board approached me about player morale but anything I try just brings the morale of my player down. Any advice?

Normally when my team's morale is low it's because I have players not getting enough first team football that I haven't bothered to sell yet. Have any of those?

I have one that feels he should be a first team regular and two that feel I should be more patient with my staff. Those are the only !'s

When players are unhappy for these reasons it can spread a bit to the rest of your team. Have you been disciplining players a bit too harshly to upset those two other players?

If they're causing issues and aren't playing regularly, i'd just sell them and replace them with more 'agreeable' players. No room for troublemakers in my teams! :P

You could also get them to sign a new contract, this gets rid of their unhappiness immediately.

Can you demote them to the reserve team to prevent the unhappiness from spreading in the team?

I don't think so since that would make it easily exploitable i.e. throwing players in reserves as soon as they get unhappy to avoid consequences. In real life if the player was thrown in the reserves then his teammates will still react to your treatment of him, maybe even more so!

It's always worked for me. If I can't sell them they rot in the reserves. It's always seems to Clear other players red messages 'dislikes so and so' so I can only presume it works.

Always works for me. Once I even looked a player's personal tab and it said they were happy to see 'so and so' rotting in the reserves!

I agree with my players, I should be more patient but I'm not. Out they go next transfer window

Mind you it's usually the ones that barely make the cut anyways.

@Jack Joyce, I'm not able to give my players negative feedback. After pressing the (-) button, the options after that become unavailable. I've tried it with players with a rating of 6 in the last match and with players that have been sent off.

You should be able to criticise their performance after a 6, do you have a save we can look at where you think you should be able to do this? Send to help@sega.co.uk and ask for it to be sent to Alari.

I'll try to reproduce this. How exactly do I send the save? Never done it before.

Yup that was a feature in FMH 2015 - In my game I had signed the then out of favour Micah Richards who had a problem with Sturridge.. it turned out the whole team hated Sturridge and was glad to see him demoted and later on sold.
