Information:

  • FMM Scout 2017 will be out on the 6th December
  • Only available on Google Play - Android (FireOS/Amazon App store to follow)
  • Partial South Korean Translated

Full Version Features:

  • Improved UI.
  • FMM 2017 Scout hooks directly into FMM 2017 images to display player pictures in thier profiles.
  • FMM 2017 Scout now remembers your last load save location.
  • FMM 2017 Scout now remembers your last 4 loaded saves for speed loading.
  • FMM 2017 Scout now automatically tries and find the default save location.
  • Increased compatibility with different resolutions.
  • Double sorting to give finer filtering.
  • 14+ functioning filters, including expired and expiring contracts (bosman)
  • Save created shortlists and load them directly into FMM 17!
  • Load up shortlists that you created from FMM 17!
  • Ability to add all of the searched list into one big shortlist.
  • Added new shortlist view so you can see who's been added and remove them if needed.
  • Added in Scouts.

I was actually wondering if all the staff had CA and PA and if it changed, unlike last year where after many seasons they stayed at their CA...

Managers, Ass Mans and Coaches all have CA's/PA's which can grow/shrink , along with their badges and area of specialism.

Scouts and Physio's have no CA/PA and it looks like their ability purely derives from the badges.

Current state of play is the development is complete and a Release Candidate has been made. I don't envisage any more unless I find any more bugs, which I did last night when smoke testing on some older devices.

There's a few loose ends in relation to store listing, wording, images and web side of things that's left to do.

Afraid not.

The PGE is actually quite a complex app in the way it allows you to add new players, clubs and staff, along with the changes in data structure from 16 to 17 it currently fails to load.

As I mentioned I have a handful of things data wise to sort out before implementing any changes to the PGE, but thats next.

If you need testers or anything gimme a shout. I'm Android based but used iscout 16 pretty heavily once I played through the game normally (without help :) ). 

Fairly competent with Apple App simulator (although I don't own the game on iOS), Android Studio, Xamarin etc.

Pleased to announce that FMM Scout 2017 will be released again this year.

As always I each year I try to improve the app and add in more features.

As a teaser here are some (not all, got to save some for release!) of the new features this year:

- Load/Import shortlist from FMM 17.
- Added in Physios.
- Added in Scouts.

- Auto finds the default save location for FMM. No more searching for the file location.

 

Excellent!

Can't wait for this!

Are we talking days or weeks until release?

I have seen a lot of hype around this but as a relative newbie to FMM can someone explain?  I assume it lets you interrogate the whole database of players so you can pick up young with excellent prospects knowing they will turn good as opposed to relying on the guff your scout says?  Is this an IOS/Android App, what does it cost etc?

More or less :) Able to search by specific criteria, see all their hidden stats, potentials etc.

Oh!!  Gutted!!  This brings me back to the days of CMScout and FMGenie I think they were called.  Sadly for me I'm an Apple man so guess I miss out.  Anyway of getting hold of the database as an excel file to look at on Windows at all?  Probably clutching at straws now.

Yeah exactly, think CMScout and FM Genie/Genie Scout.

I will eventually be releasing a Save Editor (PC/Windows App) that will be able to read in Save files from both Android and iOS which has a scout built into it as well which is always free.

Not as convenient as on your phone/tablet I know.

There will also be a Pre Game Editor released as well, but being a iOS user this won't be so helpful I'm afraid as you cannot access the data files.

Best bet is to wait for my Save Editor :P
