Chat Age issue with players from lesser nations

I'm definitely not complaining about a larger database, but a lot of small teams (found in early rounds of European qualification) only have a few purchasable players, and they tend to be aged 28+. 

Wouldn't it be more interesting to have young Czech, Azeri, Cypriot etc players available, instead of veterans. I know that the stats would be low, but trying to make them stars for our teams a fun challenge. In essence, we could develop our own wonderkids, and benefit either with success, or high transfer fees.
