Help How to create "mods"

How can I create "mods" like edit database , quit teams from their leagues and put It in another... What I need to do it.

At the moment the only way is using HEX coding or the In Game Editor. However released soon will be the Pre-Game Editor that will make it really easy.

 

Note: Your example of moving teams to different leagues doesn't work on In Game Editor.
