1.).  Can any one suggest me what formation i should use and  tactical role for players ??

 

2.) What player to buy for particular tactics ? 

My preferred tactics is 4-2-2-1

I would use these roles If I was to play with the players you showed

Actually im using almost same formation . Instead of BBM i use BWM and BWM is replaced by DLP . Of to defenders i use one as BPD and another as CB 

 

Instructions

Pass --short 

Focus -- both flank 

Mentality - Normal 

Tackle - normal 

Gk distribution -- mixed

Pressing and off trap --- On

 

 

But forwards are not scoring as much as i want them to score .  

Any suggestions

I wouldn't focus on the flanks with inside forwards

Don't you think using BBM in midfield would restrict IF ?

Maybe but it might still work, if it doesn't you can shange the role
