It's an unlockablee that's removes the transfer window so you can buy players when you want

It would basically be putting it back to the old format (before the early 00's) where you could buy players pretty much any time throughout the season

Yeah. Although it was open 90% of the season, it closed when there was like 8 matches or so left of the season. 

Personally, I'm not a fan of the transfer window. Clubs can change managers anytime throughout the season, so why not players? Either take it away, or make a transfer window for managers.
