I've had success with another tactic so thought i'd put it on here . also going to be using it in my newest career so could be a good reference . So as title says its a 4-3-2-1 set out like this:

The side CMs have arrows to RM/LM and the AMC have arrows to FC either side the lone FC.

Right onto the intructions:

*Although my formation is set out with a target man, it also works well with a poacher instead so check out Decs guide if you'd rather use a poacher*

I managed to win the league 9 points clear of Manchester united with 98 points (31-5-2) and scored 103 conceding 20. I went out early in the Carling cup to Spurs but was still tweaking formation etc, and lost in the semi final of the FA cup vs Leeds due to a last min pen .

i usually use JeffreyA 4-2-3-1 Inside Forward tactic

its good, but it misses something on the midfield

so i tried your tactic with Benfica

its good too but the AMC and FC didnt play like i wish

so i changed the players instructions of this 3 player like they are on JeffreyA 4-2-3-1 Inside Forward tactic

since i did this change i played 22 games, won 20, tie 2, scored 63 and conceded 10 goals.

its incredible.

and btw Cardozo scored 24 goals in 17 games, its amazing!

Were u playing basic AMC or type players who actual fit the roles created?

Due to my forward three have been unreal whole career.

Carrol, Suarez and Honda play in those roles in real life with stats too back it up.

and you only played 24 games, the players need time to adjust etc.

But either way glad its working for you
