Before the current season he did very well in the preseason and thanks to this VfB coach Bruno Labbadia decided to give the young player a chance to debut in the first team . This took place in Europa League Qualification match against Botev Plovdiv, in which he played just over 20 minutes. Thanks to this he became the youngest ever player to make a debut in “Die Roten” team. In the Bundesliga he played his first match with Bayer Leverkusen, and as early as the fourth round he made two assists in a game against Hoffenheim won by VfB 6-2. Everybody in Stuttgart are hoping that he will follow in footsteps of other famous VfB graduates such as Mario Gomez or Serdar Tasci.

Sascha is a member of the Austria U-17 national team and one of the most interesting players of the very talented Austrian generation, alongside Valentino Lazaro, Adrian Grbic or Marko Kvasina, who are predicted to be the core of the senior national team in the future. His first real test was European Under-17 Championship in Slovakia, where he played very well, but despite that, Austria was unable to advance from the group. Jorrit is a “product” of famous PSV Eindhoven academy. He was one of the leaders of Netherlands youth national team that won UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship 2012 in Slovenia. He made his Eredivisie debut on the 10th of August against NEC Nijemegen in a 5-0 home win. He replaced Karim Rekik after 86 minutes. Later on, he had to replace injured Rekik in the next matches and did very well, even in “the classic game” against Ajax Amsterdam won by “Boeren” 4-0. One of the most talented Dutch defenders and maybe a serious candidate to be a member of the senior “Oranje” national team in the near future.

Few people know this, but Atalanta Bergamo has a very good football academy, of which in the last 20 years came out a number of very good players such as Massimo Donati, Manolo Gabbiadini, Domenico Morfeo or Alessio Tacchinardi. Mario, nicknamed Ryan, is now the leader and one of the best players of Atalanta Primavera squad, in other words – Atalanta youth team. This very mature for his age midfielder was a member of the Italy U-17 team, which won a silver medal at the UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship 2013 in Slovakia. At this tournament Pugliese was a true star, he scored two goals and thanks to this he became a top scorer of the competition along with three other players. It is worth mentioning that his idol player and a role model is Roy Keane – one of the greatest Manchester United players of all time.

Partizan Belgrad became a real talent factory in recent years – Stevan Jovetic, Adem Ljajic, Miralem Sulejmani, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Stefan Savic, Zoran Tosic – they all started their remarkable careers there. The next big thing from black and white side of Belgrad should be very gifted midfielder Andrija Zivkovic. He came through “Youth School Belin – Lazarevic – Nadoveza”, Partizan famous youth academy. Andrija made his debut for “Crno-Beli” at the age of 16 on 28 April 2013 in a league fixture against Novi Pazar, replacing Darko Brasanac after 65 minutes of the match that ended in a goalless draw. He had a truly impressive start to current season scoring 4 goals in four matches and making himself a first-team regular at Vuk Rasovic side. There is no doubt that if he keeps progressing the way he has been in past few years he will leave Serbia before his 20th anniversary like two of his ex-teammates who left Partizan during the summer – Lazar Markovic (Benfica) and Aleksandar Mitrovic (Anderlecht). Serbia national team manager Sinisa Mihajlovic called him up or a friendly match with Japan, which takes 11 October in Novi Sad and if he will get a chance on the pitch he will break the Mitar Mrkela record by 37 days becoming the youngest player to debut in the jersey of the national team.

Place of birth: Split (Croatia)

Height: 1,78m

Club career: Hajduk Split

Current national team: Croatia U-17

Position: right back, right midfielder, winger

Preferred foot: right

Market value (by transfermarkt.de): 150,000 €

Similar type of player: Jakub Blaszczykowski

“HNK Hajduk Split Academy” is a football academy which has always introduced great players to the world, like Darijo Srna, Milan Rapaic, Alen Boksic or Aljosa Asanovic. Josip Basic is another player from the academy who has a chance for the big time. He is being compared to Darijo Srna in Croatia, although he himself picked the right back position over the right wing. He joined “The pride of Dalmatia” youth academy in 2010, aged 13. Having achieved a lot with the U-17 and U-19 teams, he was called up to the first team for the Croatian “Eternal derby” against Dinamo Zagreb on 29 September 2012, starting on the bench, but making his debut by entering for Marko Bencun in the 57th minute. Soon after, he scored his first senior goal in November 2013, against Slaven Belupo. He is also a captain and one of the best players in the Croatia U-17 national team, next to players such as Elvir Maloku, Alen Halilovic, Fran Brodic or Robert Muric, but unfortunately due to an injury he did not make the squad for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, while his team without its talisman got knocked out in the group stage.

Place of birth: Kocaeli (Turkey)
Height: 1,87m
Club career: Bursaspor
Squad number: 90
Current national team: Turkey U-18
Position: striker
Preferred foot: left
Market value (by transfermarkt.de): 250,000 €

Similar type of player: Hugo Almeida

http://footballtalentscout.net/2014/01/22/batuhan-altintas/

Batuhan Altintas is a son of Yusuf – a famous Galatasary and Turkey defender from the 80s. Even though the biggest and most known talent at Bursaspor currently is Enes Unal, Batuhan also has a big talent and a skillset, and Bursaspor have high hopes for him. He made his debut in the first team as a 16-year old in a cup game vs Fenerbahce on 16 January 2013. Three days later he made his debut against Kayserispor in the Super Lig. To this date, he has 10 appearances in the official game of “Green Crocodiles” – and that number should rise substantially very soon. It is also worth noting that he has represented Turkey on many age levels – from U-15 all the way to U-19.

Sergej is yet another proof of the old adage “the apple never falls far from the tree”. He was born in the family of sportspeople – his father Nikola was a decent football player and mother Milana was one of the best basketball players of Yugoslavia. His younger brother Vanja is a talented goalkeeper who also plays for the same club. Sergej is a product of Vojvodina Novi Sad academy – club very well known for its graduates, such as Vujadin Boskov, Slavisa Jokanovic or Milos Krasic, Dusan Tadic and Gojko Kacar recently. Football is sometimes called the heart and soul of Honduras, but they didn’t really have many good footballers in their history. This may change with the next generation of Honduran players leaded by Brayan Velasquez. He is considered to be one of the biggest talents in Honduras at the moment. He represented “Los Catrachos” at the FIFA U-17 World Cup, in which young “La Bicolor” made it to the quarter finals. Keziah Veendorp

http://footballtalentscout.net/2014/05/30/keziah-veendorp/

Country: Netherlands/Indonesia

Date of birth: 17/02/1997 (17 years old)

Place of birth: Sappemeer (Netherlands)

Height: —

Youth career: VV Hoozegand, FC Groningen

Senior career: FC Groningen

Squad number: —

Current national team: Netherlands U-17

Position: central defender, defensive midfielder

Preferred foot: right

Market value (by transfermarkt.de): —

Contract until: unknown

Player’s agent: unknown

Similar type of player: Mats Hummels & Thiago Silva

Keziah Veendorp comes from the FC Groningen academy, which he joined in 2008 from the amateur VV Hoozegand. The ‘Pride of the North’ youth academy’s focus is professionalism and development which can be seen today. Another player from FC Groningen, Richairo Zivkovic, will be playing for Ajax next season. Keziah is also on the radar of many very strong clubs, including PSG, Monaco or Ajax, but it seems that it would be best for him if he could stay in Holland and play in the Groningen first team, which he can achieve soon. At the recently finished UEFA European Under-17 Championship in Malta he was Jong Orange’s captain and he led his team all the way to the final, which they lost in the shootout to England.
