This technique is known to improve all players however it can tire players out in which you will need an indepth squad to counter this.

Also, some players may not like this in which case you put them on all but the most unneeded attribute which can be light or none(e.g. Defending for Attackers).

It was used throughout 09 to grow youngsters and improve others and yet again for 10 it has the same popular effects which made it the best.

i usually put everything up to intensive, but as you said some players are complaining about their training, for example daniel agger is complaining, so if i put his attacking down and so he hasnt that much to do, will he find it better?, another question i have, ive been messing around with positions, players that play in their natural positions are good, but ive been playing a player completely out of position, in the right back slot and he is competent, do you think if i keep playing him there he will then accomplish the position? i hope it does because then there wouldnt be any point in the producers of the game showing what positions players are competent with if thoe positions cant be bettered.

can a players PA change when they play better? i mean his CA is there but if he scores lots of goals when the season is over can his PA go up higher or is it just as it shown from the start

not sure but it kind of should, shouldnt it?

the reason im asking is because i have david ngog for liverpool and his PA has went up because hes scored loads of goals, and my little bro is saying im cheating because david ngog in his season hasnt got the PA i have in mine, he thinks ive changed his PA but i havent, ive played him like 30 matches and hes gotton better and better, but the wee brother is saying he cant be that good, ive changed my tactics and training and it seems to best suit ngog his stats have climbed so high, just wanna know, also in his season jamie caraghers PA was 5 then it dropped to 3 so i told him it can happen,

Scouts' PA and CA can go up and down depending on his age, performances and strength of your squad.

However their is a set PA value which is only visible when using the editor to determine his "roof".

On the side bar when you are on your squad list is a training option. Press General and change them to the outfield when then do the same for goalkeeper. Then all your players are on this :).

I noticed the difference in my players within a few days of this training. It shouldnt work intensive fitness training not just during the season but all season is crazy.

Is it a good difference?

The difference is ridiculously good my players are hitting stats they could only dream of before, its weird though it hasn't really changed or improved my good players good important stats like Steven Defour's passing for example but more the stuff they weren't good at. My poorer squad players like Andreas Hinkel who is crap and I hate has 14's bustin out all over the shop.

That is as they are training on a more rounded game, the flaw is though they will get fixture congestion and become tired so you need quite a strong depth in the squad but the training helps with achieving that.

At least it works, hey?

I have just been doing a bit of testing with routines to see if "intensive" really is the best approach.

https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Ap8RbbmAxYwUdHBwZjNNd0FVUHlXYzg2c2RVUlZTekE&hl=en&authkey=CN2Y8NAC

I was concerned that it might be “wasting” points (adding tackling to an attacker at the expensive of shooting for example). However (and I am sure this is not news to most!) it looks like there is a maximum value for each particular attribute, as well as a the total attribute cap. So intensive really doesn’t seem to harm players. Although you could argue that by specialising a little, you could keep the players condition slightly higher so it might be acceptable for clubs that have smaller squads, as the end result is not vastly different.

I will add a few more players to the spreadsheet at some point but I don't expect the results to be vastly different.

Most players who are unhappy are experienced elder players or young players. They are unhappy as they feel they are being overworked, so you can try toning down the training, putting areas that are not so important to medium.

For example if Jamie Carragher was unhappy with his training, you could putting attacking onto medium as this is not a neccessary stat. Keep tweaking down until the player is happy.

You do not have to sell them, and you can just play them aswell, but their form will not be as good and sometime they will not sign a new contract until the problem is resolved.

It depends on the player and their age.

The rest is light so therefore may slow down growth as they aren't working as hard so are not testing themselves through their regime.
