What is odd is that whenever I try to call up a player with double nationality he'll always refuse to be called up unless his flag is the same as the country I'm managing.

 

Tried it once with Girolamo, who is Italian/English, born in England but has Italian flag in his profile. He doesn't want to join England. I thought it was always like that. Unless aykyle's iScout is before the official transfer update from SI.
