Ligue 1

100 goals scored as we took the league by storm wrapping things up as early as March.

 

Coupe De La Ligue

LeWAN grabbed the winner in a close affair in the Coupe de la Ligue final.

 

French Cup

One sided affair in the French Cup final as we smashed USBCO for our third trophy of the season.

 

Champions League

LeWAN missed the first penalty in the shootout but we still managed our first silverware in Europe for a very long time.

Pretty average first season for LeWAN as he managed a measly 81 goals in all competitions. A few weeks after joining he suddenly grew unhappy saying he feels a need to move to a bigger club. Let’s hope he grows out of his unhappiness and bang IN more goals in next season.

SEASON 2

 

 

Champions Trophy

Strong start to the season as we brushed aside OL by 3 goals to nil.

 

Euro Super Cup

Hannover fought all the way to the death but supersub Lucas Moura’s goal was enough to seal the win.

 

Club World Championships

We dominated proceedings from start to finish to win our third trophy of the season.

 

Ligue 1

Disappointing season by our normal standards but the only thing that matters is that we are still at the top after 38 games.

 

Coupe De La Ligue

Lucas Moura proved an able deputy with a hat-trick in LeWAN’s absence to land the Coupe.

 

French Cup

Disappointing exit in the semi-finals as our biggest rivals gained one over us.

 

Champions League

What a better way to end the season than retaining the tag of Champions of Europe.

Injury curtailed LeWAN’s progress as he missed the final 2 months of the season. He failed to score in any cup finals this season and his goals were definitely missed as we stumbled across the finish line in the league. But still Lucas Moura did well when called upon as we still managed to win 6 out of the 7 available trophies. LeWAn’s form in the first half of the season was enough to earn him the WPOTY and Ligue 1 POTY awards as well. I’ll definitely be keeping my fingers crossed that LeWAN has a fully fit season next season.

I once signed a player in January and he was adapting to the playing style until November :lol:

Champions Trophy

A good start to the season as LeWAN’s double helped us retain the Champions Trophy.

 

Euro Super Cup

LeWAN’s hat-trick handed the super cup to PSG for the second year running.

 

Club World Championships

Internacional were brushed aside with LeWAN scoring on either side of the half.

 

Ligue 1

Just the single defeat in an otherwise fantastic league performance.

 

Coupe De La Ligue

Another double from LeWAN put us on the way to the Coupe.

 

French Cup

Two goals were enough to bring the French Cup back to Paris.

 

Champions League

The solitary goal from the best in the world was enough as PSG lifted the Champions League trophy once again.
