It's okay to have more than once career on the go. In fact for me it makes it easier to continue as it's not always same old same old when I play. But what Posherry says is right, if you start to abruptly end careers and start new ones you'll ind your following starts to dwindle.

What I meant was not to create them about the same thing because he now has 2 Portsmouth careers about the same thing
