I'd say Southampton or Spurs

Thank you, I will go with spurs as they have a very generous transfer budget and they have a lot of young prospects.

Also if anybody needs a league 1 side to manage, go with Preston. They have good players such as Joe Garner, Neil Kilkenny and Paul Gallagher on loan from Leicester

Region: England

Difficulty: Easy-Medium

Finances: Good

Other Specifics: Mid table side who i can look to lead to maybe premier league winnings.(probably a 4-5 year job)

Southampton. Pretty decent starting squad an have some great young players. Josh Sims for one.

Region: Preferably in England but Spain or Germany would be good too

Difficulty of Game: Medium to Hard

Finances: A decent amount of money for a team in that league

Other Specifics: A team who doesn't have too many players to keep happy

Region: England

Difficulty: Hard

Finances: Not rich nor bankrupt

Other Specifics: Not higher than sky bet 2, possibly an old glory. Not Nottingham County.

Portsmouth - look to bring them back to the Premiership an winning cups again

Burton Albion - with there great youth facilities look to make them the dominant force in the Midlands become bigger them Aston Villa and WBA.

AFC Wimbledon - Once course one of the biggest cup shocks of all time look to get them back to the premiership an win a cup as underdogs once again

Chelsea (England) or Real Madrid (Spain). They are rich and superbly strong and if someone troubles you like being unhappy due to not getting in the first team, simply demote the player.
