Man Utds training facilities are 'Superb'

Liverpools are 'Excellent'

QPRs are 'Good'

Does this mean a player will reach his full potential quicker playing for Man Utd than the other 2 clubs, or may he never reach his full potential with a team with just 'good' facilities?

Also some clubs also have a youth academy. How does that work? Will a player be offered to me from my reserves/youth team?

Believe it or not I've been playing fmh for years but never really thought about this before, and also never had any interaction with youth players :-)

From nearly 50 teams only 6 are in a lower league. I like stepping into a 'smaller' team from time to time to develop youngsters and bring the team to the top.

 

I did a search in the lower leagues and the following (2nd. division or lower) teams have excellent - rating 18 - training facilities as well.

 

Italy 

  • Serie B
  • Bologna  -  rating 18
  • Catania   -  rating 18
  • Serie C
  • Cremonese  -  rating 18
  • Novara         -  rating 18

Spain       

  • Liga Adelante    
  • Numancia        -  rating 18
  • Real Sporting  -  rating 18

France   

  • Ligue 2
  • Auxerre      -  rating 18
  • National
  • Strasbourg  - rating 18

England

  • Championship
  • Wolverhampton W.          -  rating 18
  • Leeds utd                        -  rating 18
  • Reading                           -  rating 18
  • Middlesborough               -  rating 18
  • Brighton & Hove Albion    -  rating 18
  • Fulham                            -  rating 18
  • Blackburn Rovers            -  rating 18
  • Bolton Wanderers            -  rating 18

Was just wondering what middlesbrough's training facilities stats were and 18 is nice :)
