The challenge is focusing on the 'only sign players with 8' philosophy. Your challenge is to ONLY sign players with the number 8 somewhere in there birthdate. You will have to win the premier league and become a massive force in Europe.

I'd say anything related to the number eight so stuff like

1. Eight letter name (full name)

2. Date of birth with an 8 in

3. All signings must have an 8 in (3.8m etc)
