2015 4.2.3.1 and 4.1.2.2.1 tactics

I have been playing fmh for years and what I have found was that typically in fmh2015 the both of formations do not work properly. Does anyone know a good tactic for 4.2.3.1 and 4.1.2.2.1 symmetric formations?
