Sorry but I am not loading up a save. It would take me too long. Can you just give me the details please?

well i rotate every tired player each match. Only new signing made is de rossi so he can play as CDM. (Other signings, rooney,mussachio and vela)

How many do you rotate on average? What do you define as tired? How many players did you sell? You say you only signed De Rossi but then listed 3 others? so how many did you make and sell exactly?
