Tactics Lower English League Tactic Required

Hi all

Can you help me find a tactic or two to use in League 2? Presumably you need two tactics to stifle the AI? So far I have had 2 games and on both occasions have been sacked before December

I don't have any screenshots as I haven't really come up with anything to go on.  I'm managing Notts County in League 2 so been looking to utilise more than one striker as they have a few with potential to score but my team has been hopeless in every game.

Doing good there but concede to many goals. I have similar problem as well with my wb consistently having rating 5.
