Bro I don't have updated transfers I have downloaded transfer update for summer from this website but nothing happened players are at same club. I have also disabled quick start but still players are at same club and by the way u have purchased the game.

Is that IOS? For Android you need to start a new game. As long as you installed right and disabled quick start it will work.
