Help Signing other teams coaches?

Im in 2021 in my FMH career, and have still not figured out how to appoint staff members from other teams, a staff transfer if you like... If someone could tell me if this is even possible it would be a massive help.. Thanks!

1. Have room in your staff team

2. Go to any club in leagues you have loaded

3. Go to that clubs staff page and click on one

4. Offer role, they'll either accept or decline.
