As a huge Gunners supporter, I make it a tradition to start every Football Manager game with Arsenal.
In previous years the Arsenal team has needed 4-5 signings in DM, ST, GK, and a defender, but this year, the team is more balanced than ever and, quite frankly, near perfection.
There are a few areas that need improvement. I will first go over each position and who plays there, and then go deeper into tactics, good signings, and who to offload/loan out.
Goalkeepers:
Petr Cech
David Ospina
Left-backs:

Gabriel Paulista
Central Midfielders
Mathieu Flamini
Mikel Arteta
Jack Wilshere
Aaron Ramsey
Francis Coquelin
Tomas Rosicky
Attacking Midfielders
Santi Cazorla
Mesut Ozil
Right Midfielders
Theo Walcott
Alex Oxlade Chamberlain
Joel Campbell
Left Midfielders
Alexis Sanchez
Alex Iwobi
Strikers
Danny Welbeck
Olivier Giroud
Out on Loan
Emiliano Martinez
Wojciech Szczesny
Isaac Hayden

Gedion Zelalem
Serge Gnabry
Wellington Silva
Ainsley Maitland-Niles

Yaya Sanogo
Transfers to consider
A solid, young center-back is needed since Mertesacker and Koscielny are both 30+ years old. Players to consider are: Inigo Martinez, Jonathan Tah, Niklas Sule, and Jose Maria Giminez. All of these options are young and are starters after
You will also need a striker since Giroud generally gets offers at the start of your first season. Lacazette is one of the best options but Jamie Vardy, Breel Embolo and Richairo Zivkovic are good. Jamie Vardy is strong, fast, and has room to grow. His only downside is his age: 28. The other two strikers are both young and grow very quickly. Embolo scores 15+ goals in his first season with just 20-25 games. Zivkovic is a guaranteed 20+ goal a season player.
