Added and Removed, Upgrade and Downgrade (7.2vs7.0)

Hi mates,

I have prepared a compare list for England database v7.2 and v7.0, you can find it in download section.

Here, I list the players who is added, who is removed, who is upgrade, who is downgrade.

What a handy list, good work! In reference to those players who's PA isnt fixed, how did you get the figure for the spreadsheet - was it from a specific save or what that players potential starts as?

As I mentioned, this list is from database file, not save.  In FMM/FMH, each player has a pre-set PA in database. 

But most young players (who is <=23 yo.) will get a random PA when you start a save. Only few young players has fixed PA.

Old player (-_-!) will has fixed PA.
