Hey, in my Oviedo save I found a regen (I think he's a regen) called Fernando Santos, he's brazilian and he has 200 PA.

From what player is the regen?

You didn't attach a picture. There are no PA of 200 in the game so it sounds like his PA has been boosted.

So he does, got updated in 7.2 I believe. Always think it is 198 still for some reason.
