If you didn't downloaded the facepack when you bought the game you can try to install facepack, I didn't downloaded it and I'm just installing a facepack.

I don't know what it says. But I suppose is says you need a Torrent app. Do you have Jailbroken device?

If you have Jailbreak you can download a Cydia app for downloading torrents, but if you not I don't know.

I think you need to download on pc or Mac and then transfer to iPhone with iExplorer

Yes you can but you need Jailbreak and iFile and iTransmission (Torrent client). You can find both in Cydia.

You have to download the file on PC or Mac and plug your device in. Instructions are listed for iOS on each download and they should help guide you through it.

They do. You can either buy (some of) them from the in-game store or unlock them by playing and achieving certain goals.
