Chat How to upgrade my manager reputation to Continential?

Ohright, I am only managing the Republic of Ireland league save.

I managed St. Pats Atheltics to 5 consecutive league titles and also to the Europa League group stage once.

Now, I am managing Northern Ireland international team and I lead them to Round of 16 in the European Championships and they are now ranked 27th in the world.

I have beaten the likes of Germany, France (twice) and Belgium in major competition.

I am currently on National reputation, what I need to do to earn Continental reputation???

yeah I'm going to improve on my Round of 16 finish at the European Championship.

But I got Northern Ireland to the 14th in the world rankings so all I need to do now is to get to at least the quarter final of the world cup and see what happens
