Help How to Play total football in FMM16

U want  to implement total football in fmm 16 any suggestions for player roles I do some research and I find out i have to use generalist role what say you on matter

This is difficult to replicate in FMM because of the absence of a 'fluidity' setting.

Roles like AP and Trequartista do have a habit of interchanging positions though, and obviously any roles you do use have to involve comfortable distribution of the ball (ie. BPD instead of LD/CD).
