Series Bosman Ruling for loaned players

Hi, just a quick question on Bosman transfer. I am managing Chelsea (England), and I understand my players cannot be approached for Bosman transfer if they have more than one month left on their contract (as opposed to 6 months for other nations). My question is, what if I loan a player to a club outside of England. Will the 1 month rule still apply to them?

The 1 month only applies on bosman transfers between English clubs. Loaned out, they still belong to you, so whatever rules for players in your club even applies on loaned players. You really don't want to have players with only 6 months left on their contract. I've snatched many a players from Premier League when managing in Spain or Germany.

Oh, does the one month rule applies only for transfers within England? I thought countries outside England cannot sign at 6 months if player is in an English club.

The one moth rule is only for transfers between English clubs. Foreign clubs can take your players at six months. A great example is of Steven Gerrard who left Liverpool after agreeing a contract with New York Red Bulls in January.
