Help When do transfers to China go thru?

I started managing Everton and Beijing offered me £12m for Idrissa Gueye. I accepted as I had signed Bazoer. Trouble is, Gueye's profile now says future transfer to Beijing but I cannot find anywhere exactly WHEN the transfer is taking place. Surely it should have said this in my emails when he accepted their offer?
