Help What does the green selection means?

What does the green selection in the traits shows?  does that mean on the selected position only the green highlighted trait will be active or he will be capable to deliver only that trait.

Green - Positve trait for role

Normal - Neutral trait for role

Red - Negative trait for role

Yep, basically try to avoid using players in the roles where they have red traits.  Black is ok and green is good.

Don't just look at the colour, use some common sense as well.

Your example show 'shoots from distance' as green and positive. I hate long shots so for me personally that is a negative. Make sure the traits match what you want to happen and are trying to achieve.

Absolutely ....  I have seen young players have less traits...  what are some of the unique traits that are hard to find ?
