Chat Offering Player a Place on the Coachin Staff

I have a 35 yr old Christiano Ronaldo and was thinking about offering him a place on the on the coaching staff. In past years he's always gone on to management so I'm assuming he's got high non-playing attributes hiding away but before I do i wanted to know if anyone had had any success with this in the past? Would he come in with bronze and goalkeeping speciality, or would he be attacking and able to whizz through the exams?

It would be done purely because it's CR7 and would be cool rather than a need for coaches, with the new system it's pretty easy to set yourself up with an amazing coaching staff so if it does go awry I can always sack him straight off and get someone else in.
