Help Error in Match engine

I was managing my local team Bray Wanderers in League of Ireland in career mode. and during one my league matches I got my centre forward Dean Kelly sent off because he elbowed a defender (which was fair enough) but then 10 minutes afterwards he scored a offside goal? I checked both the line ups and bench and there is only one Dean Kelly and he was sent off! I attached the screenshot. hope this doesn't happen again now

Maybe he sneaked back on when the ref wasn't looking.

This game has too many bugs, won't be playing again until they're fixed.

If you (or anyone else) see this again, could you please save the PKM (the button in the bottom left), and let us know! I've never seen that happen, but would like to find get rid of it and a PKM would help.
