Help Cannot get any players on loan

Did a search for this but couldn't find anything.

Starting my second season after promoting Oxford United. First season in league 1 I was able to loan some good players from the top division including players from Man City & Arsenal. Now in season 2 in the championship I cannot seem to loan anyone even poor quality players. All offers get rejected, including different length offers & wage contributions. I don't have the best training facilities but I am a division higher so what has changed?

anyone else had this problem? I have a threadbare squad

I also are finding it difficult....even from lower opposition teams and with the interested tab swiped on.

This is pretty much a gamebreaker for me. I can't even sign the most basic improvements to my team. Not one single loan will go through! How did it work so well in league 1?
