Help Save Game File Transfer

Can you take a saved game file from an iPhone 6+, iOS 10.1.1 and transfer it to a Samsung Edge 7, Android 6.0?

I ask as i am thinking of swapping phones and wanted to know if this was possible, as i am 4 years in on my current Bishops Stortford save and would rather not give up the saved game.

Sadly there's no cross-platform cloud so you'd have to transfer the file.

1- Get the save file from iTunes ( from the pc )

2- Upload it on Mediafire or Mega

3- Download it from you Android

4- Copy it to your FMM folder on Android
